At VIVA, our FR Class A2 Production Line uses 90% mineral core and 10% polyethylene core. We use innovative high quality fire-retardant ACP panels that offer explicit resistance to combustion.

FR Class A2+ Production Line

The FR class A2+ production line, also known as ACCP (Aluminium core corrugated panel), is made of 100% aluminium. It does not contain any polyethylene core, which may lead to fire, and consists of a honeycomb core sandwiched between two aluminium coils.
