Viva’s honeycomb composite panel is made of aluminium alloy AA3003/AA3105/ AA5005 / AA 3105, where the thickness of aluminium skin is 0.03mm~0.08mm, and the thickness of aluminium alloy in the honeycomb grid is 6mm, 7.5mm and 20mm. The overall thickness of the aluminium honeycomb panel is 20mm, and 12mm, and the length of the panel is 2440mm, 3050mm, and 3660 mm.
The honeycomb boards manufactured at the high-tech facility of Umbergaon conform to the national and international standards of manufacturing. The manufacturing facility has 12 Korean State-of-the-art machinery that presents innovation in the panel.
