VIVA ACP panels are manufactured using 70% KYNAR 500 certified PVDF coating and Korean precision lamination technology — delivering superior flatness, colour consistency, and long-term durability for exterior and interior applications.
VIVA offers PE coated ACP for interior applications, PVDF coated ACP for exterior facades, FEVE coated panels for premium architectural projects, FR A2+ certified ACCP for fire-rated mandated buildings, and HPL faced panels for heavy-duty applications. Each type is engineered for specific performance requirements.
VIVA ACP is available in 3mm, 4mm, and 6mm thickness. Standard panel sizes are 1220x2440mm, 1220x3050mm, and 1500x4000mm with custom sizes available. Aluminium skin thickness ranges from 0.20mm to 0.50mm. All panels are ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certified.
