Clean ACP panels with lukewarm water and mild detergent (pH 6-8) using a soft cloth or sponge. Rinse with clean water and dry with chamois. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or high-pressure washers. PVDF-coated panels are self-cleaning — rain naturally washes most dirt. Annual professional cleaning is recommended for high-rise facades.
1. Rinse panels with clean water to remove loose dust. 2. Apply mild detergent solution (pH 6-8) with soft cloth or sponge. 3. Gently wipe in one direction — avoid circular scrubbing. 4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. 5. Dry with chamois or soft cloth to prevent water spots.
For stubborn stains (graffiti, adhesive, tar): use isopropyl alcohol on a soft cloth. Test on a small hidden area first. Never use acetone, MEK, or other aggressive solvents on PVDF coating.
Abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. High-pressure washers (can damage sealant joints). Acidic or alkaline cleaners (pH below 5 or above 9). Steel wool or wire brushes. Solvent-based cleaners on PVDF coating.
PVDF coating has hydrophobic properties — rainwater naturally sheets off the surface, carrying dirt and dust with it. This self-cleaning effect reduces maintenance frequency significantly compared to painted surfaces.
