View Coils →An aluminium composite panel (ACP) is two thin aluminium sheets bonded to a core. It is light, stays flat, and is easy to cut and fold, which is why fabricators in Azamgarh use it for shop fronts, building facades, signage and interior walls. VIVA ACP comes in 3mm, 4mm and 6mm thickness with PE, PVDF or FEVE coating. For outdoor work, go with PVDF. For indoor panelling and signboards, PE usually does the job at a lower cost.
Most ACP cladding goes on the outside of buildings: shop fronts, office facades, canopies and full-height walls. Exterior panels need a PVDF coating, which handles sun, rain and dust far better than PE, with colour retention as per 70% KYNAR 500 PVDF coating manufacturer specifications.
